We built TeamBeam because most team events are forgotten by Friday, and nobody can say if they helped. We wanted to do it the other way around — understand the team first, build the day around a real goal, and come back afterwards to see what changed.

We were tired of days that felt good and changed nothing.
TeamBeam grew out of a simple frustration: teams spend real money on events that are forgotten by Friday, and nobody can say whether they helped. We wanted to run the other experiment — understand the team, design for a real goal, and measure what actually changed.
Today we do that as one business with two homes: teambeam.in for India and the world, and teambeam.us for the United States. Same method, same standard, wherever your team sits.
