A note on this template. This page is a clear, good-faith starting point written in plain language. It is not legal advice. Before you publish, have it reviewed by a qualified attorney to make sure it fits TeamBeam's actual data practices and the laws that apply to you.

Overview

These Terms govern your use of the TeamBeam website and, where applicable, our services. By using the site you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Using our site

You may use the site for lawful purposes and to learn about or engage our services. You agree not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access areas you're not authorized to.

Our services

TeamBeam designs, delivers, and measures team experiences. The website describes our offerings in general terms; the specific scope, deliverables, and price of any engagement are set out in a separate proposal or agreement between us and the client.

Bookings & payment

  • A booking is confirmed only when set out in a signed proposal or written agreement.
  • Fees, deposits, payment schedules, and cancellation terms are defined in that agreement.
  • Third-party costs (venues, travel, vendors) may be passed through as described in your proposal.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use our site or services to do anything unlawful, infringing, harmful, or that misrepresents your identity or affiliation.

Intellectual property

The TeamBeam name, logo, brand, the TeamBeam Method, BeamScore, and all site content are owned by TeamBeam or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without our written permission, except as allowed for your own internal reference.

Partners & third parties

We work with venues, facilitators, vendors, and other partners. Where a third party provides part of an experience, their own terms may also apply. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and are not endorsements.

Disclaimers

The website is provided "as is." While we work to keep information accurate and current, we don't warrant that it is complete or error-free. Outcomes from team experiences depend on many factors and are not guaranteed.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, TeamBeam is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Liability relating to a paid engagement is governed by the agreement for that engagement.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
