Where we go · USA
Chicago for teams.
Central, connected and world-class. The central hub that just works.
For a coast-to-coast team, Chicago is the smart choice.
For a company spread from coast to coast, Chicago is frequently the mathematically smart place to gather. O’Hare is one of the world’s most connected airports, the city sits roughly central, and the result is the lowest total travel time and cost for a US-wide group. When the priority is getting everyone there efficiently, Chicago wins.
Crucially, it is no compromise. Chicago is a world-class city — architecture, food, lakefront and culture — that handles big groups beautifully and offers a great urban experience in its own right. And Lake Michigan brings water-and-nature retreats within easy reach.
We design Chicago experiences to make the most of the practicality: gather the company efficiently, then deliver a city or lakefront experience good enough that the central location feels like a bonus, not a trade-off.
Made for Chicago.
All-hands & company gatherings
Bring a coast-to-coast team together with the least total travel.
City experiences
Architecture, food and lakefront turned into a day a team remembers.
Lakefront retreats
Water and nature on Lake Michigan, minutes from a world-class downtown.
Scale events
Big rooms and big groups handled by a city built for them.
The practical bit.
Getting there
O’Hare (ORD) and Midway (MDW) make Chicago one of the easiest cities in the country to reach from anywhere, which is much of the point. Downtown is compact and transit-friendly.
When to go
Late spring through early fall (May–October) is glorious on the lakefront. Winters are famously cold — which is exactly when a warm indoor all-hands makes sense.
How long
Most teams come for one to three days. We will tell you honestly what a given goal needs, and match the length to it.
About Chicago
Why Chicago for an all-hands?
Because it minimizes total travel for a US-wide team while still being a genuinely great city. You get efficiency and a real experience, not one at the expense of the other.
What about the weather?
Summer and early fall are beautiful on the lake. In winter we build the day indoors around the city’s food, culture and architecture, so the season is a non-issue.
