Who it’s for · Distributed connection

Belonging built across distance.

For teams spread across cities and time zones — where the connection a shared office gave for free has to be built on purpose.

The pressure here

Distance removes the accidental glue.

Co-located teams get connection for free — the corridor chat, the shared lunch, the after-work drink. Distributed teams get none of that, and it does not reduce how much connection matters; it just means it has to be designed. A productive remote team can still be a set of strangers, which shows up later as fragile retention and hidden problems.

We build the belonging deliberately — live-hosted online experiences, periodic gatherings, and a connecting thread between them — so a team that rarely shares a room still feels like one.

What fits

What fits a distributed team.

Online experiences

Genuinely good, live-hosted, not awkward video calls.

Gather-point offsites

Periodic in-person time, planned and run for you.

Always-on connection

A thread that keeps belonging warm between events.

Measured

A read on whether a distributed team actually feels connected.

Common questions

About these teams

Can online really build belonging?

Done well, yes — but it has to be designed, not a call with an icebreaker. We build online experiences that genuinely connect.

Should we still meet in person sometimes?

Where possible, yes — and we plan and run the gather-point. Distributed does not have to mean never together.
