Getting there
Three major airports — JFK, LaGuardia and Newark — connect New York to essentially everywhere, which makes it easy to gather a distributed team. In the city, most days run on foot and the subway.
When to go
Spring (April–June) and fall (September–November) are the sweet spots for weather and walking. The holidays bring their own energy for year-end events; midsummer and deep winter still work with the right indoor plan.
